The following Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law 19.628, (hereinafter "the Policy"), describes how Compañía Electro Metalúrgica SA and its subsidiaries and related corporate bodies (including without limitation, Fundición Talleres Ltda., and ME Global Inc.,), hereinafter collectively “ME Elecmetal” or “we”, processes the users’ personal data when they visit our websites or use any of the platforms provide by us. By using any of our websites or platforms the users explicitly accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We can process all the personal information provided by the user through our websites and platforms, including their name, telephone number, email, identification number, and social media accounts, as well as the information related to the device used to access the website and platforms and the data collected via cookies or other analytical tools. We can also process the data collected as a result of the users’ participation in our training programs or from the use or access to our apps and online services such as forms, landing pages, and mailing lists. We may also collect personal information from other sources, such as websites associated with this site, and companies that have entered into cooperation agreements with us. Said information may be collected, processed, and associated with the personal information provided by the user. We may process the data in order to provide the users with the products and services they have requested from us, provide information about our projects, improve our services and platforms and personalize the users´ experience, provide information related to new initiatives or products that might be of their interest, manage their inquiries, carry out marketing actions or simply for statistical purposes, the data may also be used to comply with our legal or contractual obligations towards them, provide information about our users and distribute promotional products and content. The use of this platform implies the acceptance of our privacy policy, as well as its terms and conditions available on our corporate website www.me-elecmetal.com/privacypolicies. If you, hereinafter the “Client”, do not agree with the provisions of such documents, you and your users must refrain from accessing and using them. The Client expressly authorizes ME Elecmetal to process the personal data of its users, on behalf of the person responsible for the treatment or data controller, namely the Client. Said processing will ultimately be done to allow the proper use of the platform and its functionalities.
